Make a difference at Turner Contemporary
We are seeking up to four highly skilled and committed individuals to join the Board of Trustees of Turner Contemporary based in Margate, Kent.
Since opening in 2011, Turner Contemporary has become one of the leading UK galleries, attracting more than 2.3million visits.
The gallery has led the regeneration of Margate and delivered over £50million for the local economy. It was recently hailed as the “posterchild for arts-led regeneration” by Rt Hon Matthew Hancock MP, Minister of State for Digital and Culture.
Through its ambitious exhibition and learning programmes, Turner Contemporary seeks to pioneer change by making the arts more vital and connected to everyday life.
We are particularly looking for individuals with fundraising, commercial, marketing and PR, legal and property expertise as well as a passion for the visual arts, social change and regeneration. Join us for the next phase of the gallery’s exciting development.
