We are seeking a Temporary Visitor Services Assistant (12 hours per week) who has flexibility to work overtime.

Visitor Service Assistants are a vital part of the team, working to ensure the continuing success of Turner Contemporary as a pioneering visual arts organisation, consistently delivering the highest quality of visitor experience to all.

As a Visitor Services Assistant you will work within our retail team to provide an exceptional standard of service to every visitor. You will be warm and friendly, passionate about the products with an active engagement in the work of Turner Contemporary. The role encourages trade sales, promotion of local artists, maker’s and designers and charitable giving, to support the sustainability of Turner Contemporary.

This role is for 2 shifts per week, falling every Monday and alternating Tuesday and Friday. Shifts are between the hours of 9.30am to 6.30pm (with the exception of evening events)
