To celebrate our first birthday we have planned a weekend of events for the town to enjoy.

Starting with Late Night Live: Landmark on Friday 20 April we will have performances by Jim Perkins composer and producer, a walk lead by exhibiting artist Hamish Fulton everyone is welcome to join the walk please email to take part and choir Musarc will be performing.

As well as this the café will be open for drinks and dinner service, including Brogdale Farm Birthday Barbeque Bangers and Taywell Ice Cream on the Terrace and 2/3 Course Dinner 19.50/24.00 in the Pop Up Restaurant. Please book for dinner in advance 01843 220253.

On Saturday 21 April we have Saturday Studio: Colour lab, mix your own paints with pigments from Turner’s palette, then paint your own elemental scene, 1 - 4pm Clore Learning Studio £2 for adults.  And at 11 - 11.30am a free Exhibition Tour a Turner Contemporary Navigator leads a free 30 minute guided tour of the exhibition.

Sunday 22 April we are holding an Easy Sunday Special: Turner's Tea Party, from 1 - 4pm in the Clore Learning Studio. It’s Turner’s birthday on 23 April so we’re having a huge party to celebrate! With a banquet bursting with mountainous jelly and inventive party food, it’s an event not to be missed.

Pick up a golden ticket at our Information Desk to attend the party. £2 per child (under threes and accompanying adults free)
