Our kitchen is run by local Head Chef Adrian Mowl and his team who create simple, honest, seasonal food and specialise in great dishes, working with local seafood and shellfish and our a 2 and 3 course dinner menu, which changes weekly.

The kitchen only works with fresh ingredients, locally sourced where possible, they smoke their own fish and poultry, produce chutney and create patisserie daily.

Our wines are supplied by the award winning Les Caves de Pyrene who specialise in natural wines.

Local seasonal produce 
We aim to prepare our food with ingredients sourced from independent suppliers within 40 kilometres of Margate.

We aim to recycle glass, paper and card from the kitchen and bar.

Children and families are welcome. The children’s menu includes great dishes and organic drinks. There is also a take-away service if you prefer to eat and drink on the beach.
